established in 1967. We have grown to be one of the largest and most respected commercial
roofing companies in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Area, and enjoy a good working

firms and general contractors.
R. D. Bean, Inc. is an approved applicator of many of the major roofing manufacturer’s products, and are qualified to install their respective systems to achieve the maximum warranties offered. We specialize in roofing commercial, industrial and apartment building projects, and install BUILT-UP, EPDM, SBS Modified and Metal Roofing Systems. R. D. Bean also maintains a full sheet metal shop to fabricate all types of roof related sheet metal flashings.
Many of our employees have over 15 years experience in the roofing business.
